Site Visits & Appointments

• Site visit requests are scheduled subject to availability in your area.
• Please ensure someone is available at the property at the scheduled time; repeated no-shows may require rescheduling.
• Access to the installation area and accurate site information (dimensions, obstructions, etc.) should be provided to help ensure an accurate assessment.

Orders, Payment & Installation

• Order confirmation, payment terms (including any advance/booking amount), and installation timelines will be communicated separately at the time of order and may vary by project scope and location.
• Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as site readiness, material availability, or weather conditions.
• Any product warranty terms will be communicated at the time of purchase and are separate from these Terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Site visits and orders may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us directly. Any cancellation charges applicable to booking amounts or materials already procured for your order will be communicated to you before such charges apply.
